Maxon BP-01 Bass Compressor Pedal
Maxon 01 Series pedals were made in the mid 80s and sold to the Japan domestic market. This is a handy and powerful little bass-specific compressor. You can get those stanky slap tones dialled-in to a perfect balance of smooth and salty. On lower settings this is fairly transparent and organic, or, max it out and squeeze the ol' butcheeks very tight indeed. One job, does it right.
